Cancelation Policy:
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel 7 days prior to arrival date and 100% if cancelled 1 day prior to arrival date.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: 
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
